Just 25 minutes a day, out of possible 1,440 minutes. It’s that easy!

Does your body deserve to be given 1/58th of your normal day to stay healthy?

Don’t you just hate rhetorical questions!

Staying fit is not as easy as it used to be when we were younger. We know fitness is important to our health, but do we really give enough time to maintaining a daily fitness program?

Each day of our lives contains a massive 1,440 minutes! Allowing 25 minutes, or more, in our daily schedules to have a healthy lifestyle is easily done.

Get support from friends & family, some motivation to get your daily fitness routine under way, and away you go!

You may be thinking ‘I don’t have enough time’.

To put things in perspective, here are 3 simple questions to answer and think about….

  1. How much time do you give just watching television every day?
  2. How much time do you give to social media every day?  
  3. How much time do you get to sitting in traffic everyday?

These are just 3 of the things that consume a lot of our time each day. Combined they add up to a lot more than 25 minutes. Our bodies won’t thank us for spending hours every week doing these activities above.

Giving time to our health, and well being, will have health benefits that we’ll have paid back to us during our lifetime.
